These terms cover the operations tracker at ericbrown.strongsidestrategy.com (the “tool”). The tool is a private, internal application owned by Eric Brown Insurance and operated on its behalf by Strongside Strategy. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
The tool is for the owner of Eric Brown Insurance and staff the owner has approved. There is no public registration. If your email address is not on the approved list you will not be able to use the tool, even after signing in with Google. The owner may add or remove people at any time.
Acceptable use
Use the tool only for the work of Eric Brown Insurance. Keep your sign-in to yourself, do not share carrier portal details revealed by the tool with anyone outside the agency, and do not enter information about policyholders or prospects into it. The tool is designed to hold business records, not personal data about clients.
Your Google account
Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with the tool. Connecting a Google Calendar is optional, read only, and can be withdrawn at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
The tool is provided as is, for internal use, without any promise that it will be available at all times or free of errors. It may be changed, paused or retired by the owner without notice. Records you enter belong to Eric Brown Insurance.
Liability
The tool helps track work; it does not replace carrier, regulatory or CMS requirements, and it is not advice. To the extent the law allows, neither Eric Brown Insurance nor Strongside Strategy is liable for losses arising from reliance on it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will move. Because the tool is used by a handful of known people, they will also be told directly.
