Your Google account
Signing in with Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture, which identify you to the tool. The owner can separately connect a Google Calendar from Settings. That access is read only, it is used solely to show upcoming events next to the day's tasks, and it can be disconnected at any time. Calendar data is never stored in the database and never shared with anyone.
